FINANCIAL INFORMATION

Thank you for your inquiry concerning enrollment in Providence Christian School. We believe God has directed, blessed, and protected this ministry since it was founded in 1965, and are eagerly anticipating the coming year. Our commitment to God is "...that in all things He might have the pre-eminence." (Colossians 1:18b)

OVERVIEW

Providence Christian School is a ministry of Providence Baptist Church and was founded in 1965 to meet our students' academic, spiritual, physical, and social needs. It is the goal of our dedicated faculty and staff to equip students enrolled in PCS with the spiritual training, academic skills, and character training necessary for success beyond their school careers. Thank you for your interest in PCS. If you would like more information, please contact our school administration office at 813-661-0588 or e-mail the administration at pcsinfo@pcsknights.org. We will be happy to set up a time for you to come out and see our campus and will answer further questions you may have regarding our programs.

ENROLLMENT STEPS:

  1. Download and fill out one application for each child. Application found HERE.

  2. Download and begin reference forms (three for K5-6th grade file found here; five for 7th-12th grade file found here). Reference forms are not required before the interview but must be received before a final decision can be made for acceptance into the school.

  3. Arrange an interview with the Administrator for both the parents and the prospective student.

  4. Bring a copy of the most recent report card and/or achievement test scores to the interview.

  5. Upon acceptance, no permanent grade placement will be made until previous records and reference forms are received and registration fees (non-refundable) are paid.

TUITION PAYMENT PLANS

PCS offers payment plan options for tuition ranging from annual and semi-annual to various monthly payment plans. If you choose to spread your tuition payments over the school term, PCS has partnered with FACTS Management Company to manage tuition payment processing. We request that you create a new FACTS agreement at the time of enrollment. Please click on the FACTS icon below to begin your account set up now.
