Providence Christian School is a ministry of Providence Baptist Church and was founded in 1965 to meet the academic, spiritual, physical and social needs of our students. It is the goal of our dedicated faculty and staff to equip students enrolled in PCS with the spiritual training, academic skills, and character training necessary for success beyond their school careers. Download and fill out one application for each child.
Download and begin reference forms (three forK5-6th grade; five for 7th-12th grade). Reference forms are not required before the interview but must be received before a final decision can be made for acceptance into school.
Arrange an interview with the Administrator for both the parents and the prospective student.
Bring a copy of the most recent report card and/or achievement test scores to the interview.
Upon acceptance, no permanent grade placement will be made until previous records and reference forms are received and registration fees (non-refundable) are paid.
PCS offers several payment plan options for tuition ranging from annual, semi-annual to various monthly payment plans. If you choose to spread your tuition payments over the school term, PCS has partnered with FACTS Management Company to manage tuition payment processing. To avoid the risk of governmental intrusion in the free exercise of religious instruction, PCS accepts no local, state, or federal tuition assistance. However, PCS does offer a limited number of scholarships to families who desire Christian education but need financial assistance for that education. While the availability of school resources, the number of qualified applicants, and overall budgetary constraints influence financial assistance decisions, PCS is committed to making grants available to as many eligible applicants as possible.
