No School – Sept. 28-30 – Teacher’s Convention
·Progress Reports came home today for the 1st-12th grade. Please review them, sign them, and return them to school by Tuesday.
·Missions Conference is coming up right around the corner – Oct. 2-5. We will have services from Sunday – Wednesday. Sunday is 9:30a/6:00p. Monday-Wednesday is 7:00p. We would love to invite anyone who would like to come. The students will have missionaries in their classrooms and chapel throughout those days.
·The Senior Class will have a BBQ dinner fundraiser on October 5. Tickets will be for sale next week. $10 a ticket. Pulled BBQ pork sandwiches, mac & cheese, baked beans, and a dessert will be there. Dinners will be available Wed. from 3:30-6:00 for dine-in or carry-out. Please help support our Senior class!!!
Providence Baptist Church is having “Providence Loves Our City” month. We will have different outreach projects throughout this month. September 18 is our “Educators’ Sunday,” in which we recognize educators in any area…public school, private school, homeschool, or college. Please plan to attend if you are an educator, and we would love to recognize you on this day. Also, September 25 is our “Community Partner Day.” We are trying to invite those in the community that we have relationships with regularly. Whether a server at a favorite restaurant, your mail carrier, plumber, police officer, a firefighter, UPS worker, or many more vendors in our community, we welcome anyone on September 25. If you would like to invite someone you know or are one of the vendors we use, we would love to have you join us on this day.
